Alana Ficalora, Founder

Alana Ficalora is an award-winning producer with over 15 years experience working with top brands & agencies. Her strong production background has laid the groundwork for executing large events including Skid Row Carnival of Love, activating a network of 2,000 volunteers & community partners, and We Rise 2020, pivoting a 10-day in-person event to a month-long virtual event packed with live & pre-recorded broadcasts & workshops.

Alana excels at planning & creating unique experiences for people to connect over a shared experience. A logistics master who makes the impossible possible, she’s a community builder whose passion for advancing women & girls inspired the creation of HER, Helping Each other Rise. She loves entertaining, bringing people together, and making connections. 

Alana believes that all individuals want to have a positive impact in their communities and support businesses that share the same value, which is what drives her to work with brands to capitalize on their resources to expand and amplify their impact through measurable action. 

Alana holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University, and sustainability certificate from UCLA Extension program. She’s involved in her local community, serving on the advisory board of ManifestWorks, member of Junior League of Los Angeles, and is an ambassador for Green The Bid. She loves yoga, dance, travel and exploring new places with her husband & daughter.
